At an early stage of carious lesions, drilling can be dispensed with — we use antiseptic and restorative drugs. With deeper lesions, the doctor always works with a microscope, which allows patients to get rid of the slightest foci of caries and preserve the maximum of healthy tissues.
We work with an infectious lesion of multi-root teeth with a complex, sinuous root system. With the help of endodontic instruments, we clean out pathological tissues along the entire length of the channels and seal them with gutta-percha pins. We use surgical tooth—preserving methods – with partial root resection.
Inflammation of the connective tissue surrounding the tooth is treated with endodontic (with root canal cleaning) and surgical methods (with significant lesion, suppuration). We work with apical, diffuse, fibrous, granulating and other types of periodontitis.
